The signs said "no parking anytime" and "beach closed - unsafe water, bacteria detected". Well, the color was awesome and the sun was setting so fast! I figured that would be a good enough excuse to park illegally. When the police did show up, I waited at my camera down by the water, cable release in hand, for him to travel across the beach to speak to me (hehehe). He looked a little ticked to have to make the trek. I was lucky he just let me off with a warning!
